You work independently
Libenhouse's associate agents are independent professionals. Each one operates under their own structure and is responsible for complying with the regulations of their market: professional registration, entry in any required registers, licences, insurance and tax obligations.
Libenhouse provides brand, technology, training and network. It does not replace the professional authorisation each market requires of anyone carrying out real estate brokerage.

Frequently asked questions
How much of my fees do I keep?+
In Portugal and the United Kingdom, 100%: we only charge the plan fee. In Spain, up to 92% depending on your plan, and 100% above the annual cap. We go through the details in our first conversation.
Is there a minimum term?+
It depends on the billing option. Monthly has no minimum term: you can leave with 15 days' notice. Annual runs for twelve months, costs two months less and renews automatically unless you let us know 30 days in advance. We remind you 45 days before renewal.
Do I need an office?+
No. You work independently, backed by the brand.
Can I keep my current portfolio?+
Yes. It's an essential part of joining, and it remains yours.
What happens to my clients if I leave?+
The ones you win are yours and go with you. Contacts we've assigned to you from our own channels return to the network, but you close and get paid for any transactions already in progress. It's in writing in the contract.
